Demonstration/Educational: Olive Oil Presenter: Suzanne Brown, Certified Olive Oil Sommelier
Suzanne will lead a mini tasting and discussion on what to look for when evaluating high-quality extra virgin olive oil. She will cover how EVOO is made, how to properly taste and assess it, best practices for cooking with olive oil, and how it enhances both flavor and health.
Suzanne Brown is a Certified Olive Oil Sommelier who brings people together around exceptional extra virgin olive oil through tastings, culinary classes, and immersive food education. She leads the day-to-day operations of Hilton Head Olive Oils, located in The Village at Wexford.
In addition to her demostration, we will also hold our ACF meeting to discuss plans and goals for the year ahead.
